Booking your ultimate golf experience
To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, please note that regardless of your chosen package, we require one hour for setup before your event and one hour for takedown afterward. We kindly ask that all bookings be scheduled at least 4 days prior to your event date. This allows us ample time to prepare and ensure everything is perfect for your pop-up golf simulator experience.
Understanding your rental investment
The price of your rental is primarily influenced by the duration the simulator is set up, as longer rental times allow for more extensive golfing. Golf takes time, and our different packages cater to how much you wish to play. If you're looking for a quick 9 holes, the 3-hour package is right for you. If you want to play multiple courses or a full 18 holes at a dream location like Pebble Beach, a longer rental like the 4-hour or 5-hour package would be the best fit. We aim to provide value by offering more playtime as the rental duration increases.
What to expect on event day
On the day of your event, we will require access to electricity to power the simulator. We will also need a clear area of 20x20x15 feet to set up our simulator, with standing room around the front side. We will have a set of right handed golf clubs but we encourage having your own set of clubs. Rest assured, we will provide golf balls and tees for all players.
